President & Chief Executive Officer
Mark Grant joined Lifeward as President and Chief Executive Officer in June of 2025, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and medical technology. Prior to Lifeward, Mark held senior executive roles across general management, commercial leadership, and business development in multiple healthcare sectors—including orthopedic rehabilitation, surgery, cardiovascular, diabetes, and soft tissue robotics.
Mark spent nearly two decades at Medtronic, where he most recently served as Vice President of the Diabetes business. In that role, he led the $1.5B Americas region and a 2,000-person commercial organization. Immediately prior to Lifeward, he served as President of the Americas and Chief Commercial Officer at IMRA Surgical, where he drove global market expansion and introduced pioneering models for ethical soft tissue robotic surgical education.
Mr. Grant fortifies his professional experience with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University.


Chief Financial Officer
Almog Adar joined the company in January 2020 and currently serves as Vice President of Finance. Almog served in several critical positions in the company’s finance department as a corporate controller and Director of Finance before joining the management team in 2022. Prior to joining Lifeward, Almog previously worked as Controller of Infinya Recycling Ltd (previously Amnir Recycling), from January 2018 until December 2019. From January 2016 until December 2017, Mr. Adar served as Assistant Controller of Delta Galil Industries. Mr. Adar has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from the Open University of Israel and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Justice.


Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Keith Rose joined Lifeward in March 2023 and currently serves as Chief Medical Officer. Keith served in several critical positions in the company’s clinical division as Medical Director and Vice President of Medical Affairs.
Prior to joining Lifeward, Keith worked as Medical Director, Medical Affairs and Director, Health Economics & Outcomes and Medical Effectiveness for Biocodex. In addition to his work at Biocodex, Dr. Rose has served as Lead Clinical Research Scientist and Regional Manager of Novocure, Inc.; Medical Director of Hope Network’s neurorehabilitation services for children and adults; Medical Director for multiple inpatient hospital rehabilitation centers; while he actively ran a private medical practice for 20+ years.
Dr. Rose received his medical doctorate from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC and completed residencies in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pediatric Medicine at the Baylor College of Medine in Houston, TX.


Vice President of Operations, Regulatory and Quality
Miri Pariente joined the company in April 2013 and serves as Vice President of Quality Assurance, Regulatory and Operation. From 2012 to 2013, Ms. Pariente was the Manager of Quality Assurance at NLT Spine Ltd., a developer of minimally invasive spine procedures, and, from 2011 to 2012, was the Manager of Quality Assurance at ProAccess Medical Ltd. From 2002 to 2010, Ms. Pariente served in multiple roles within American Medical Systems including Production Supervisor and Lean Leader. Ms. Pariente holds a B.A. in business management from Derby University.


Vice President of Sales
Craig Peters joined Lifeward in 2014 and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales, North America. Over the past eighteen years, he has been responsible for the commercialization of emerging technologies in the rehabilitation space.
Before his transition into medical device sales, Craig spent five years specializing in the management of musculoskeletal disorders. He was responsible for the creation and direction of a fledgling start-up which grew into a multi-site physical therapy and personal training business in Milwaukee, WI.
Mr. Peters is a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin and holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.


Deputy General Manager and Vice President of International Sales
Mela Ikanovic is a seasoned executive in the medical device industry with close to two decades of international experience spanning market development, sales leadership, and operational management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Vice President of International Sales at Lifeward GmbH, Mela has played a pivotal role in driving market access and strategic growth in Germany and across Europe. With a strong foundation in product launches and marketing, she has held leadership positions at Lifeward GmbH, Soteira GmbH, and Alitania GmbH. Mela began her career in journalism, holding roles at Deutsche Welle and as a freelance journalist, and holds a Master of Arts from Freie Universität Berlin.


Vice President of Research and Development
David Hexner joined Lifeward in November of 2011 and currently serves as Vice President of Research and Development. David has played an integral role in the development of both the ReWalk Exoskeleton and the ReStore Exo-suit, beginning first in the role of Software and Algorithms Engineer, then that of Program Manager and finally of Director of Research and Development prior to joining the management team in 2021.
Mr. Hexner received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as his Masters of Business Administration from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Lifeward, David previously worked at Zoran Electronics which used to be a leading player in the semiconductor market which developed and sold chip sets for consumer electronics.


Executive Advisor to the CEO
Ami Kraft joined the company in 2010. Mr. Kraft has been appointed as Executive Advisor to the CEO as of October 2017. Mr. Kraft previously served the company as President since August 2016, Senior Vice President from July 2015, and General Manager of ReWalk Robotics Ltd. in Israel since January 1, 2015. These positions are following his six-year tenure as our Chief Financial Officer, including the successful IPO in 2014. Before joining Lifeward, Mr. Kraft served as the Chief Financial Officer of various international technology companies, including PicScout, which was bought by Getty Images while he was serving as CFO, IC4IC, Zoran Corporation, where he was actively involved in their IPO, and Kulicke & Soffa Inc., where he served for over 20 years. Mr. Kraft holds a B.A. in public accounting from Haifa University and an MBA from Stanford University.
