Field Sales Territory Representative 

Department: Sales
Work type: Full time – Permanent

In this hybrid sales and clinical role, the Outside Territory Representative is responsible for exceptional customer service while achieving the territory sales targets. Responsible for developing and maintaining clinic relationships within the territory.

Essential functions of the job:

  • Maintains a strong working relationship and frequent communication with the Inside Territory Representative recognizing that this relationship is vital to the team’s success
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with and between customer key decision makers (PTs, OTs, Therapy Managers & Directors, Physiatrists, Neurologists, Other Medical Professionals and Finance personnel)
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with and between other Care Team Resources including Admin, Clinical and Technical Support
  • Executes business plan in coordination with Inside Territory Representative
  • Share best practices

Sales and Clinical:

  • Ensures territory achieves annual clinic and patient sales targets in coordination with Inside Sales representative.
  • Grow patient referrals by building clinic competence and awareness of Lifeward resources and @Home programs for MyoCycle and ReWalk products
  • Is able to effectively set up, trouble shoot, and put a wide range of patients on ReWalk and MyoCycle FES systems
  • Identify and execute new clinic system and replacement sales for the territory
  • Keeps abreast of relevant Scientific publications, Lifeward product enhancements and clinical experience/knowledge
  • Performs cold calling to build clinic base
  • Executes sales and marketing initiatives and other identified programs
  • Performs clinic and consumer presentations 
  • Attends trade shows, conference and peer support groups as appropriate

Business Management & Administration

  • Execute monthly territory business analysis to Territory Review Report
  • Perform monthly referral analysis for existing clinics
  • Complete bi-weekly territory meeting with Inside Sales Representative
  • Manages and operates within approved expense budget
  • Ensures that all sales activities within assigned territory are conducted to the highest ethical standards and in a manner that is fully compliant with Company policy and laws and regulations
  • Administrative tasks to include timely reporting, data entry (CRM, Expenses to include self and outside sales, Monthly Reports) and forecasting

Essential incumbent requirements: minimum

  • Meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases.
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional communication, phone and social skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player
  • Highly effective presentation skills
  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about product and services
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree such as PT, PTA, OT, EP
  • 2-3 years’ proven success in related sales and/or relevant clinical experience in rehabilitation preferred
  • Able to travel extensively.

Summary:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing phone and email support to customers who reach out to Lifeward while maintaining AlterG’s internal database, and triaging all customer inquiries appropriately. You must have an exceptional attitude regarding customer service and a strong sense of responsibility for helping Lifeward customers achieve their objectives. Requires someone who is proactive, highly organized and thrives in fast-paced environments managing a large volume of inbound communications. You need excellent interpersonal skills to provide support, answer questions, and help resolve customer issues in an efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage large volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
  • Organize and log details of customer technical issues in AlterG’s internal service ticket system. Triage and assign service cases to appropriate service team member to further diagnose and resolve.
  • Maintain customer records via CRM Salesforce.com and ERP Netsuite.com with up-to-date status and account information.
  • Receive inbound sales inquiries via phone and email – collect information, triage and assign to appropriate sales team member for immediate follow up using CRM.
  • Process and submit sales orders for accessory items using both CRM and ERP systems.
  • Act as a liaison between customer, in-house service technicians and sales team members. Escalate and prioritize important service cases, recognizing the need to increase communication and status updates to customer – help turn upset customer into a happy customer.

Reports To: Director of Operation

Summary:

The Service Depot Technician role is responsible for overseeing the Service Spare parts program for Lifeward’s products.  Daily focus is to support the Global service department for all aspects of Manufacturing, Repairing and Dispositioning Lifeward’s products.  Responsible for responding to service requests in a timely and thorough manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following procedures within the company’s quality system per ISO 13485 requirements and other applicable international standards.
  • Ensure that daily service returns are dispositioned in a timely manner.
  • Performs manufacturing and repairs of Service Spare parts.
  • Investigates RMA’s for roat cause, documents  findings and dispositions the materials according to Lifeward’s quality system.
  • Manages Service Inventory to ensure materials are available for Service Engineer needs including Raw Materials, Finished goods and testing equipment.
  • Occasionally communicates investigation findings to customers internal and external
  • Oversight of shipping, receiving and inventory management of Service materials.
  • Provides occasional support to Warehouse and Contract Manufactures to sustain business needs.
  • Serves as a key onsite representative for the organization.
  • Performs additional duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must speak and understand English.
  • Extensive experience using a MRP and QMS System. Platforms including Netsuite, Agile and Saleforce desired.
  • Proficient computer skills, working with various office equipment, various programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to travel in US ~5% of the time
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering technology is required required.
  • 5+ years experience in medical device industry.
  • Experience with durable medical equipment preferred.
  • Experience with a CRM or web-based ticketing system
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Netsuite preferred
